I am currently working with one of our clients a leading provider of Occupational Health services to recruit an Occupational Health Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis in Oxford with travel to some other sites, so flexibility is required.

Remit to include:

  • Providing high-quality occupational health services, including complex case management.
  • Conducting health surveillance, fitness-to-work, and health screening.
  • Working closely with client stakeholders (e.g., in the automotive sector).
  • Supporting and mentoring junior staff.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
  • Recognised Occupational Health qualification (Diploma/Degree).
  • HAVS training.
  • Proven experience in a senior OHA role. 
  • Strong case management skills
  • Flexibility to travel to other client site

Salary £45,000 - £48,000 per annum + benefits
